REPROMO / CONNECTED SERVICE

Business VOIP Telephony

Every call should reach the right person, even when the team is moving. We design business telephony around real operations.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Missed calls are missed opportunities

One shared phone, unknown missed calls and calls passed from person to person create delay and poor service. The problem grows when technicians and salespeople work away from the office.

Without schedules, call groups and reporting, the business cannot see when contact is lost or how to recover it.

02 / THE INTERVENTION

A call flow designed for the team

We map departments, schedules, numbers, devices and escalation cases. We design greetings, queues, groups, mobile forwarding and missed-call rules.

Technology remains unobtrusive. The customer reaches a person quickly and the business gains continuity, visibility and a professional presence.

05 / THE NEXT DAY

Customers hear organisation, not technology

A good VOIP setup does not impress with complex menus. It reduces dead ends, gives the team continuity and makes recovery of a missed contact easier.

07 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my existing number?

In most cases, number portability or routing can be assessed. Final availability depends on the provider, line type and contractual conditions.

What happens if the internet fails?

We design alternatives such as mobile forwarding or a secondary connection according to criticality. Continuity should not depend on one point.

Are new devices required?

Not always. We check compatibility of IP phones, computers and mobile applications, recommending equipment only where it genuinely improves operations.

Can calls be recorded?

It may be technically possible, but it requires a clear legal and organisational policy, notice, restricted access and secure retention.
