01 / THE PROBLEM

Bulk import is not simple copying

Excel, CSV and XML files often contain inconsistent codes, missing categories, different units, broken characters and images without reliable matching. If data is imported without planning, errors multiply across the catalogue.

The real cost appears later: duplicate products, broken filters, incorrect stock and endless manual corrections.

02 / THE INTERVENTION

Mapping, testing and controlled import

We inspect a sample, define field mapping and establish rules for categories, images, prices and variants. Before full execution we run a test import and validate the result inside the real e-shop.

For recurring feeds we create an update process with logs, exceptions and clear ownership. Data remains manageable after the first import.

05 / THE NEXT DAY

The catalogue becomes an asset

When codes, categories and attributes are consistent, the e-shop becomes easier to manage, search, market and connect to future systems.

07 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which files can you import?

We handle Excel, CSV and XML, plus migration from another system when a safe export is available. We inspect a real sample rather than relying on a description.

Can images be imported too?

Yes, when stable URLs or clear code-based matching exists. We check format, size, duplicates and missing-image cases.

What about variants and attributes?

We define rules for size, colour, codes, price and stock. Complex cases are tested on a sample before full execution.

Can updates run repeatedly?

Yes, when the source is consistent. We design an update flow with product identifiers, replacement rules, logs and exception handling.
